AI for Bio-image Analysis
Prasath Lab is interested in processing large-scale biological imaging data. We are also interested in the analysis of multiplexed imaging, mass spectrometry imaging (MSI), CODEX imaging, spatially resolved transcriptomics (SRT), Second-harmonic imaging microscopy (SHIM), spatial transcriptomics in tandem with single-cell genomics data and in general multi-omics, and multimodal analysis.
